Since starting pilates I've noticed an improvement in both my posture and core strength. The small class size means that Tanya can be very hands on and offer modifications where needed. The classes are challenging but thoroughly enjoyable and Tanya is a great teacher.
Thanks to Tanya the pain in my lower left arm has gone. What I thought was RSI following a week's salmon fishing in Scotland Tanya actually determined was caused by a nerve in my neck. Tanya's thorough approach supported by her relaxed but professional manner put me at ease. Over several sessions through questioning and a number of exercises Tanya diagnosed and addressed the issue.
